At the forefront of this ambitious initiative is Director Nilabjha Bera, whose vision emphasizes inclusivity & cultural relevance. Supporting the platform\u2019s growth are directors Santanu Mondal, whose strategic direction has played a key role in scaling the event\u2019s reach & impact. The creative direction of the show lies in the hands of Soumen Ghosh, a noted concept artist & fashion educator.
