{"id":6625,"date":"2026-08-08T18:07:06","date_gmt":"2026-08-08T12:37:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsunitedindia.com\/?p=6625"},"modified":"2026-08-08T18:07:06","modified_gmt":"2026-08-08T12:37:06","slug":"fci-aima-holds-first-east-zone-zonal-conference-in-kolkata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsunitedindia.com\/?p=6625","title":{"rendered":"FCI-AIMA Holds, First East Zone Zonal Conference in Kolkata."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kolkata|8th August 2026:<\/p>\n<p>Today, The Food Corporation of India\u2013All India Managers\u2019 Association (FCI-AIMA) successfully organised its first East Zone Zonal Conference at the ICMARD Building in Ultadanga,Kolkata.<\/p>\n<p>The conference brought together managerial representatives &amp; delegates from West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand and Sikkim to discuss key administrative, operational and service-related issues concerning managers of the Food Corporation of India.<\/p>\n<p>Held under the theme \u201cEmpowering Managers, Protecting Potentials,\u201d the conference focused on career progression, pay restructuring, transfer policy reforms and challenges faced by managers in field-level operations.<\/p>\n<p>Participants also discussed the need for a fair and transparent transfer policy, improved promotional opportunities &amp; appropriate pay upgradation.
