A Bengali New Year celebration was organized by the Children’s Sanskar Kendra at the Gangajalghati market area, in Bankura district, bringing together local residents & children in a meaningful community initiative.
The event was attended by the organization’s founder Sukhmoy Maji, along with Kanchan Sen Modak and Nirmal Kumar Sinha, who actively participated in the celebrations.The Sanskar Kendra highlighted its commitment to supporting children from diverse social backgrounds through various developmental initiatives aimed at building a stronger future generation.
As part of the celebration, arrangements were made to serve meals to around 120 children, adding warmth & inclusivity to the occasion
Former army personnel Biman Singh, who is stands by people in distress,( A Social Worker) was present at the programme, appreciated the efforts of the Sanskar Kendra. Speaking on the sidelines of the event, he expressed pride in being part of the initiative and praised the organization’s work for the welfare of children and the community.
